I was not impressed by the ''Alduin'' cushion. Aronja-Art asked me what exactly was the problem. I was surprised by the professionalism and in a constructive way I gave my point of view. They told me that they have changed and switched the production company and will now only offer the soft ones (like in Europe). So I took another one from ''Door of Durin''. The fabric is soft and pleasant to the touch of much better quality and the painting of Aronja-Art is more outstanding on the cushion. Excellent customer service. Thank you and I give 5 stars without hesitation!
